Job Description: Talent Acquisition Executive/Senior Executive – Retail HR (Nashik)

Position: Talent Acquisition Executive/Senior Executive
Location: Nashik
Experience: 1 to 3 years


Key Responsibilities:

  1. End-to-End Recruitment:
    • Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Identify and attract top talent using job boards, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  2. Stakeholder Management:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with recruitment needs.
    • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on hiring progress.
  3. Candidate Experience:
    • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Provide timely feedback to candidates at all stages.
  4. HR Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and implement best practices.
    • Support the development of recruitment strategies tailored to business needs.
  5. Data Management and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
    • Prepare recruitment reports, including metrics on time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
  6. Employer Branding:
    • Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
    • Represent the company at campus hiring events, job fairs, and industry networking events.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the retail or FMCG sector.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate evaluation methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and experience with ATS or HRIS systems is a plus.
