Description: Talent Acquisition Executive/Senior Executive –
Retail HR (Nashik)
Position: Talent Acquisition Executive/Senior Executive
Location: Nashik
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Key
Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment:
- Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, including
sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Identify and attract top talent using job boards,
social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job
requirements and ensure alignment with recruitment needs.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders,
providing updates on hiring progress.
- Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience
throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates at all stages.
- HR Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment
processes and implement best practices.
- Support the development of recruitment strategies
tailored to business needs.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in
ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Prepare recruitment reports, including metrics on
time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
- Employer Branding:
- Support employer branding initiatives to position the
company as an employer of choice.
- Represent the company at campus hiring events, job
fairs, and industry networking events.
Qualifications
& Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or
related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition,
preferably in the retail or FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing
techniques, and candidate evaluation methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in
a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and experience with ATS or HRIS
systems is a plus.
