Job Responsibilities 

1. To evaluate legal requirementsin management , process, function wise. 

2. To prepare and draft basic legal clauses for management agreement, contract agreement , vendor agreement and supply agreement. 

3. To review and evaluate and prepare action plan for corporate litigation , if any. 

4. To review financing facility documents frommanagement perspective . 

5. To assist compliance officer cum company secretary of company on corporate laws, SEBI regulations , and various statutory legal compliances.
