● Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department. 

● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken in the company's CRM system. 

● Prepare and update reports as required by the management team. 

● Ensure written communication meets quality standards, including grammar, tone, and clarity. 

● Adhere to response time guidelines to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
