Designation: Assistant finance manager

Location: Gurugram

The Role:

 Assist in financial planning and budgeting processes, including

gathering data, preparing forecasts, and analyzing variances,

 Support the preparation of financial statements, reports, and

presentations for management and stakeholders,

 Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and

opportunities for improvement,

 Assist in developing financial models to support strategic initiatives and

business decisions,

 Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and

ensure accuracy of data,

 Assist in the evaluation of investment opportunities, mergers, and acquisitions,

 Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to management as needed,

 Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes

affecting financial management including undertaking competition

benchmarking,

 Undertake stakeholder management.

Expectation:

 CA / MBA with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience

 Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

 Strong organizational and time management skills.

 Familiarity with SAP will be an added advantage

 Experience of working with startups will be considered positively
