The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing quality control within both the Weld Shop and Paint Shop environments. Key Responsibilities:  Oversee the quality control processes in the Weld Shop and Paint Shop.  Ensure all products meet the required specifications and quality standards.  Lead and mentor the quality team to ensure efficient and effective operations.  Conduct regular quality audits and inspections, and implement corrective actions as necessary.  Develop and maintain quality documentation and reports.  Collaborate with other departments (production, procurement, etc.) to ensure quality is maintained at all stages of production.  Implement quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement in processes and product quality. Skills & Qualifications:  Minimum 5-8 years of experience in quality management, specifically in the Weld Shop and Paint Shop.  Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and standards.  Knowledge of relevant tools and techniques to ensure product quality.  Experience in implementing and maintaining ISO or similar quality management systems.  Leadership and team management skills.  Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
