Conduct tests and make observations as per standards & conduct root cause analysis for failures identified during testing. Conduct engine performance testing, calibration and development tests.  Conduct vehicle testing, including brake performance testing, to validate product quality. Evaluate vehicles for defects and provide feedback to improve product development. Develop test plans and procedures for new products or updates.
