Job Summary:  We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team at our Goregaon branch. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a non-IT background, with a strong passion for recruitment. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and on boarding candidates for various roles in our organisation..

 

 

Job Responsibility

 

·         Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, etc.)

·         Conduct initial screenings and short listing of candidates based on job requirements.

·         Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

·         Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate records.

·         Provide feedback to candidates and support them through the hiring process.

·         Ensure a smooth on boarding process for new hires.

·         Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to meet recruitment needs.

 

 

Skills and Qualifications:

 

 

·         Experience: Proven experience in recruitment (non-IT background preferred).

 

·         Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

     Organisational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

 

·         Attention to Detail: High accuracy and attention to detail in the recruitment process.

 

·         Problem Solving: Ability to address recruitment challenges effectively
