Business Development Executive – Job Description

Scope of Work

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for building and increasing the network of Battery swapping network in assigned locations.

·  Help Battery Pool onboard e-rickshaw drivers that can use the swapping network & SMB location where swap station could be installed

· Actively address any concerns arising from e-rickshaw drivers

· Work with the operations and product teams to relay customer feedback from ground deployments

Skills

·  Ability to hustle, work together with the team and get things done

·  Passionate about sales and drive to close deals

·  Good convincing skills

· Good knowledge of the locality assigned

· Basic English, Expert in local language to hold conversation with E-rickshaw drivers

· Prior experience in Field sales would be beneficial
