Travel Admin Associate
Location - Dodda Banaswadi Main Road, Maruthi Sevanagar, Bangalor.
Key Result Areas -- As a Travel assistant, you will be responsible for assisting travelers in their travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and rental cars
· Assist to book flights, hotels, and rental cars for managers
· Handle any changes or cancellations in travel plans
· Address and resolve employee queries related to travel bookings, cancellation, modification and reimbursements. · Serve as first point of contact for any travel related issues or concerns.
· Communicate effectively with external travel agents or platforms to facilitate travel arrangements · Ensure all travel arrangements comply with the company’s travel policy and guidelines
· Maintain accurate records of travel requests, approvals and expenses
Experience and Skills 6~8 years of hands-on experience as a travel assistant or a similar role
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with people
· Knowledge of travel booking systems and tools
· Exceptional organizational and time-management skills · Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
· Attention to detail and ability to anticipate and resolve potential issues
