Key Responsibilities: 

 End-to-end recruitment for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. 

 Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and build effective hiring strategies. 

 Utilize job portals, social media, professional networks, and internal databases for candidate sourcing. 

 Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability for technical roles. 

 Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring teams. 

 Negotiate salary and benefits with selected candidates. 

 Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. 

 Stay updated with the latest trends in IT recruitment and talent acquisition strategies. 

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

a. Education: BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or IT specialization. 

b. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in technical recruitment. 

c. Skills: 

i. Strong knowledge of IT job roles, technologies, and hiring trends. ii. Experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS tools. iii. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 

iv. Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
