Job Description:

  • Marketplace Setup & Integration: o Lead the initial onboarding process across various marketplace platforms, ensuring seamless integration of our product catalog and alignment with platform guidelines. o Collaborate with internal teams to set up product listings, pricing structures, and inventory management systems tailored for each marketplace. 
  • Product Listing & Optimization: o Curate, optimize, and manage product listings to increase visibility, drive clicks, and maximize conversions. o Continuously monitor and refine product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords for search optimization on each platform. 
  • Promotions & Pricing Strategy: o Develop and execute promotional campaigns in partnership with marketplaces to boost visibility during peak seasons and special events. o Set competitive pricing strategies, including discounts and bundling options, to attract buyers while maximizing margins. 
  • Inventory & Fulfillment Management: o Work closely with inventory and supply chain teams to maintain optimal stock levels across all platforms, avoiding stockouts or overstock situations. o Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure orders are processed and delivered promptly to meet marketplace SLAs. 
  • Sales & Performance Analysis: o Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, conversion rates, customer reviews, and return rates. o Leverage data insights to identify growth opportunities and troubleshoot issues impacting performance on each marketplace. 
  • Relationship Building with Marketplace Platforms: o Build strong relationships with marketplace account managers to stay updated on platform changes, negotiate promotional opportunities, and secure premium placements. o Keep up with platform-specific policies, trends, and best practices to maintain compliance and competitive positioning. 
  •  Customer Experience & Feedback: o Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews, ensuring high standards of satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly. o Implement customer feedback into product and listing improvements to enhance the brand’s marketplace reputation.
