  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers (B2B/B2C) to promote and sell products/services.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.
  • Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing queries and resolving concerns.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
