Key Responsibilities:

 Chemical Process Operations:

 Supervise and manage both batch and continuous processes in production.

 Ensure the chemical operations are performed safely and efficiently.

 Compliance & Safety:

 Adhere to company EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policies at all times.

 Implement ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 standards in the plant.

 Production Planning & Management:

 Responsible for production planning and ensuring the effective use of resources (manpower, machines, and materials).

 Troubleshoot and investigate batch issues in production.

 Technical Expertise:

 Proficient knowledge of SAP software for production and operational tracking.

 Understanding of PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) and DCS (Distributed Control Systems) for process automation.

 Team Management & Leadership:

 Ensure optimal performance of plant operations, including the leadership of the production team.

 Maintain a focus on continuous process improvement and production efficiency.

 Skills & Qualifications:

 Knowledge of polymer industry operations.

 Strong understanding of chemical engineering principles and practices.

 Experience with batch and continuous processing methods.

 Familiarity with production systems, process control systems (PLC/DCS), and SAP software.

 Familiar with ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 standards for quality and environmental management.
