Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting data to support business operations and decision-making in an FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and update MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

• Extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources, including ERP systems, databases, and spreadsheets.

• Create dashboards and reports to provide insights on sales, inventory, supply chain, and overall business performance.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends to support strategic decision-making.

• Automate reporting processes using Excel, Power BI, SQL, or other relevant tools.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

• Support the management in ad-hoc reporting and data-driven decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain data confidentiality.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).

• Hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, or other data visualization tools (preferred).

• Knowledge of ERP systems and database management.

• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

• Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
