Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership:
Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to achieve
revenue and growth targets.
Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships
to expand the corporate client base.
Team Management:
Lead and mentor the corporate sales team, setting clear goals
and performance benchmarks.
Conduct regular training and workshops to enhance team skills
and performance.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate
clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their requirements.
Ensure timely resolution of client issues to maintain
satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Analysis:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry
developments to inform sales strategies.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for
new product development and market expansion.
Sales Operations:
Oversee the end-to-end corporate sales cycle, from lead generation
to deal closure.
Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and analysis of sales
performance.
Ensure face time with Corporate for selling and conduct sales
presentations.
Prospect for potential Corporate using various direct methods
such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as
networking, LinkedIn etc.
Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge (Ambrane
Products) in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects at
Admin Heads/HR Heads/Marketing Heads/Trade Marketing Heads/IT
Heads/Loyalty Program Heads etc.
