Job Description:
● To understand functional aspects of business, collaborate with cross-functional teams to
understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
● Providing technical support, being the bridge between the business and SaaS teams
(StoreHippo) effectively communicating and clarifying requirements.
● Complete project planning and project management with respect to platform (Storehippo),
marketing and advertising plugins, mail chimp, and other tech products
● Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve technical
projects issues
● Lead all testing and implementation of technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business
objectives
● Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate
internal teams
● Priorities and manage several open issues to improve operational efficiency
● To create technical documentation of digital platform
● Conduct regular checks and audits of platforms and digital properties and share insights with
team members and management
● Explore new applications available in the market as per business requirements and handle the
implementation
