Job Description:

MIS Manager Designation: Assistant Manager Location: Gurugram Responsibilities: Operational MIS Management: Oversee and manage operational MIS functions. Ensure timely and accurate generation of MIS reports and dashboards. Coordinate with various departments to gather and consolidate data. Data Analysis: Analyze operational data to identify trends and insights. Present actionable insights to support decision-making. Develop and implement strategies for data accuracy and consistency. Inventory and Warehouse Management: Collaborate with inventory and warehouse teams to monitor stock levels. Ensure efficient inventory management practices. Streamline warehouse operations for optimal performance. Financial Oversight: Assist in budgeting and financial planning for operations. Monitor operational expenses and ensure they are within budget. Provide regular financial reports for management. Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges faced by the team promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on account status, sales performance, and market trends to senior management Qualifications: • Education: Graduate. • Experience: 3-4 years of experience. Skills: - Prior experience with an FMCG brand is essential, along with excellent analytical skills. - Advanced Excel proficiency is required; higher skills are a plus. - Strong communication skills are a must. - Experience with operational MIS and a basic understanding of P&L are needed. (not at a financial level) - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are crucial. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing business needs is important.
