Talent Acquisition KRA:

  • Sourcing Candidates:

Utilize various channels like job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, and employee referrals to identify qualified candidates for open positions. 

  • Candidate Screening:

Review resumes and applications, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications. 

  • Interviewing:

Conduct structured and behavioral interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural alignment. 

  • Employer Branding:

Develop and maintain a compelling employer brand to attract top talent by highlighting company culture and values. 

  • Market Analysis:

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor landscape to identify potential talent pools and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.

  • Employee Feedback Mechanisms:

Design and implement regular employee surveys, focus groups, and feedback channels to understand employee needs and concerns.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to talent acquisition and employee engagement to measure success. 
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize recruitment and engagement strategies.
