Job Description:

Inventory Review Executive

Designation: Executive/Sr. Executive

Location: Gurugram

Responsibilities:

I.

FG & RM/PM/stores Inventory Control to ensure FG/RM/PM are controlled as per norms and to ensure liquidation plans are rolled out for ageing inventories.

To analyse the ageing inventory/SLOBs and to propose the preventive action & corrective plans for Undesirable FG Inventory Control & highlight risks regarding ageing of RM/PM/stores inventory.

• Ensure Inventory Inventory Review Management follows the index and meetings are conducted every month.

• Work closely with Sales/CFAs/Customer service to ensure that inventory hygiene is maintained including SOP design & following SOPs while handling returns/damaged/short inventory.

• In transit inventory ageing tracking at transporter godowns with actionable to avoid shelf-life loss & minimize losses.

• Dashboards, MIS & analytics for monitoring SLOBs & aged inventory.

II.

To ensure new product launch plan (Quantity & Date) adherence by ensuring supply chain readiness & inventory management.

• Ensure NPD Launch plans are received from Sales/Category/leadership and discussed in S&OP for action plans.

• Review NPD as per actual demand Vs. Plan in S&OP and finalize the further action plan (Supply continue/ Supply hold/ Redistribution) in S&OP.

• Minimize the SLOBs due to NPDs with regular monitoring and action plans.

III.

System & Process - To support in identifying the improvement areas in Inventory Management activities and help streamline & build the processes from 0 to 1. Work out the solutions (either system based, or Process based), various reports & automation designing, so that gaps are addressed, and activities are carried out efficiently.

Qualifications:

1 to 3 years of work experience is required after graduation.

Work experience must in the domain of Supply chain & Operations with experience in handling ageing inventory/SLOB/warehousing or logistics experience.

Must Haves:

Should be self-starter, inquisitive, taking initiatives & accountability of tasks

Adept at decision making & working with ambiguous data

Must be good at cross functional collaboration

Sharp communication skills while interacting with leadership

Good at tools like SAP, Power BI, excel etc.
