Required Skills :-
Greet customers and provide assistance in selecting clothing items based on their needs, style preferences, and budget.Offer fashion advice and styling suggestions to customers.Process sales transactions, handle cash, and operate the POS system.Maintain an organized and visually appealing store by folding, hanging, and displaying merchandise.Restock shelves and arrange clothing according to brand and seasonal trends.Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damages to the store manager.Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally.Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the store’s overall performance.Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and promotions.Ensure adherence to company policies and loss prevention procedures.Requirements & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus).
- Prior retail or clothing sales experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Passion for fashion and styling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
