Job Description:

1.Business Partner Creation:

Creation and maintenance of business partner data in SAP.

Ensure all related data received from sales and AP team for creation of business partner data in SAP

Such as KYC document, bank documents, GST PAN card, agreement, pricing approval etc.

2.Item Creation:

Develop and maintain item master records in SAP Business One.

Ensure all item details, including descriptions, pricing, and categorization, are accurate and up to date.

Collaborate with product development teams to ensure new items are correctly added to the system.

3.Pricing:

Maintenance of pricing of different customers

3.Bill of Materials (BOM) Management:

Create and manage BOMs for new and existing products.

Ensure BOMs are accurate, up to date, and reflective of current manufacturing practices.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize BOMs for cost efficiency and product quality.

4.Process Implementation:

Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement within SAP Business One.

Implement best practices for data entry and management to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Provide training and support to staff on new processes and system features.

5.Production Order Management:

Manage the creation, scheduling, and tracking of production orders.

Monitor production progress and inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of products.

Collaborate with the production team to resolve any discrepancies or issues.

5.Inventory Management:

Oversee inventory transactions and ensure accurate stock levels in SAP Business One.

Coordinate with WH team and Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations.

Implement strategies to reduce excess inventory and optimize stock turnover.
