Position - Customer Service Executive

Job Description:
- Communicate with new customers and existing core customers for their feedback, queries and responding on the queries received.
- DSR and documentation formalities, liasioning with port staff and liner to execute the final delivery.
- Knowledge of MS Excel required.
- Fulfill responsibilities of a Customer Service Specialist as outlined in the position description.
- Manage daily customer service activity within their respective customer servicing cluster.
- Export, import documentation, export materials dispatch handling till delivery, pricing, overseas communications, client meeting, sales budget decisions
- Handling Sea, Air import/Export shipment from booking at origin till shipment delivery
- Co-ordination with CHA/Freight Forwarders/Exporters
- Placing booking with Shipping Line.
- Monitoring the Proper Flow of DSRs to all the Local Suppliers.
- Coordinating shipments with various branches, associates agents and shipping lines.
