Job description:

  • MBA in International Business/ Foreign Trade, Exports/Import, or any other related field
  • Well-developed communicational skills, and a customer orientation.
  • Knowledge about budget management, international trade, and taxations, Ability to easily comprehend and organize shipment processes.
  • Good leader and coordination skills. Willing to work in a team and flexible time.
  • Excellent presentation skills and good branding quality. So that he/she can represent and showcase the company brand to different vendors.
  • Good Email writing skills and preparing all export documents on a timely, Placing overseas orders for the export of books as per requirements.
  • Detail-oriented, good organizational skills, and ability to work independently and within the team environment.
  • Communicate and Present to the external and internal clients as required and Responsible to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Responsible to align with internal controls and policies and paying attention to details. Monitoring of the shipments to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Assessment of new marketing and sales opportunities as well as presentation of those estimations to the respective managements
  • Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of imports and exports, searching for possibilities to reduce taxes, Plans and overseeing the flow of goods for international and domestic traffic.  Calculates duties, tariffs, price conversions, weight, and volume of merchandise exported and imported.
  • Preparing Export Documentation including Pre and Post. Should behave good understanding Customer Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Bank Documents, L/C Documentation, Issues of the inspection certificate and other related documentation of Export Shipments  
  • Oversees preparation of documents such as letters of credit, filing tariffs, bills of lading, license agreements, and other correspondence; coordinates other paperwork and documentation necessary to comply with tariffs and customs regulations.
  • Serves as a liaison between agents, brokers, banks, shippers, and warehouse facilities. Expedites shipping of goods into and out of the country. Resolves customs delays  
  • Performs other duties as assigned. Consultation of the clients regarding insurances, duties, and taxes.

 

Required Candidate profile:

 

  • MBA/PG Diploma in Foreign Trade/International Business with minimum 5-6 yrs of relevant experience in Export/Import documentation.
  • Candidate is from Faridabad (Delhi/NCR) or Ready to relocate in Faridabad (Haryana).
