As a Packer, you will be responsible for ensuring that garments are packed accurately, labeled properly, and meet our quality standards before shipment. --- Key Responsibilities: Pack garments according to company standards Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and packaging Perform basic quality checks on packed products Maintain a clean and organized packing area Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams Achieve daily packing targets with attention to quality --- Working Hours: 9 hours per day --- Salary & Benefits: ₹12,000 (In-hand salary) Provident Fund (PF) Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) Additional employee benefits --- Ideal Candidate Profile: Physically fit and able to stand for long hours Detail-oriented with a focus on quality Team player with a positive attitude Experience in garment/textile packing preferred, but not mandatory Freshers are welcome to apply
