Skills Requirement:

• Tally knowledge
• Good Communication skills
• Good customer service skills
• Graduated
• Experience 0-3+ years

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Preparing, Sales Orders, Proforma Invoice, E way-bill, E-Invoice (Domestic & Export), on Tally prime.
• Entering order information in the Tally prime 2.0.
• Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
• Follow up with the internal team to ensure that appropriate action has been taken on customer requests and complaints.
• Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone.
• Coordinating with the internal team regarding delivery schedules and dispatch-related activities.
• Support senior team by completing orders, informing customers of delays, and arranging delivery dates.
• Maintaining good rapport with the clients and ensuring prompt response.
