Job Title: Sales Associate

Salary - Upto 15 k 

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.

• Provide product knowledge on styles, sizes, fabric types, and fit of men’s undergarments.

• Help customers find the right size and type of garment based on their needs.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and fitting rooms.

• Process sales transactions using POS systems.

• Replenish stock and ensure merchandise is properly displayed.

• Handle customer returns and complaints effectively.

• Meet daily and monthly sales targets.

• Stay updated on product launches, promotions, and seasonal trends.

Qualification : 

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confidence discussing intimate apparel with customers professionally.

• Customer-first attitude with a focus on satisfaction and trust.
