Job Description:

Position - HR & Administration Executive

 
Office address-  650, Laxmi Plaza, Laxmi Ind. Estate, Off New Link Road, Andheri (W), Mumbai - 400053, India
 
Job Purpose:
 
To provide day to day HR support and contribute to the long‐term development of the HR function in the areas of
recruitment, development and growth as well as Office Administration.
Duties and responsibilities:
Working hours from 8 am to 5.45 pm, Mon to Fri at our Andheri West, Laxmi Plaza office
Company will provide training on salary processing, staff appraisals, performance management.
 
Administration :
 
1. Supervise and manage the peon and cleaning lady
2. Liaise with visitors to office
3. Liaise with Chartered Account to get CA staff to update Ledgers in Tally software
4. Manage AC, pest prevention AMC contracts, book flight tickets, apply visas, laise with banks, obtain
supplies for pantry, manage petty cash and keep track of expenses and bill payments, answer telephone
calls.
5. General filing of documents
6. Taking care of fixed assets – furniture and computer equipment etc.
7. Provide space and backup reports of specific servers
 
Human Resource :
 
1. Provide all recruitment administration support
2. Ensure new joiner record checks are carried out fully and in a timely manner
3. Manage the new joiner process from offer letter through to joining instructions and induction
4. Provide HR support and advice to employees and line managers, explaining policies and procedures in a
timely and effective manner
5. Handle all leave processes and queries
6. Handle health and safety processes and queries
7. Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures
8. Administer the performance management system
9. Provide data for and prepare management information reports
10. Payroll processing
11. Manage the absence recording system
12. Manage the holiday recording system
13. Administer the probationary review periods
14. Manage the leave administration process
