Key Responsibilities:

  Answer customer inquiries via phone, email & chat.

  Resolve issues related to products, services, or orders.

  Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.

  Escalate unresolved queries to senior staff when necessary.

  Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction levels.  Adhere to shift timings and follow company protocols.

 Qualifications:

  Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduate.

  Good communication and listening skills.

  Fluency in at least 4 of the following languages: Hindi, English, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil.

  Basic computer knowledge.  Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
