Customer Support Executive (Junior CSR)

Job Description:

We are hiring Junior CSRs who can communicate effectively in multiple regional languages. The candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers and must ensure a positive service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email & chat.
  • Resolve issues related to products, services, or orders.
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
  • Escalate unresolved queries to senior staff when necessary.
  • Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction levels.
  • Adhere to shift timings and follow company protocols.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduate.
  • Good communication and listening skills.
  • Fluency in at least 4 of the following languages: Hindi, English, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
