Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering Packages: Transporting packages, documents, or other items to designated locations within a specific timeframe. 
  • Route Planning: Planning and navigating routes efficiently, using GPS or maps. 
  • Customer Interaction: Providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving delivery-related issues. 

  • Vehicle Maintenance: Ensuring the delivery vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and properly fueled. 
  • Package Handling: Loading and unloading packages safely, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. 
  • Payment Handling: Accepting and recording payments from customers. 
  • Documentation: Obtaining customer signatures and maintaining accurate delivery records. 
  • Problem Solving: Addressing any discrepancies or issues with deliveries and finding solutions. 
  • Safety: Following all safety guidelines and procedures. 
  • Time Management: Adhering to delivery schedules and managing time effectively.
