We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Executive (Fresher) to join our team. As an HR
 Executive, you will be responsible for supporting HR functions including recruitment, onboarding,
 employee engagement, and administrative tasks.
 Key Responsibilities:- Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling
 interviews.- Help with onboarding processes including documentation and orientation sessions.- Maintain employee records and HR databases.- Support day-to-day HR operations and respond to employee queries.- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events.- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.- Coordinate training and development initiatives.
 Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
