Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Business Development Associate to support our growth initiatives. This role involves identifying potential clients, initiating contact, nurturing leads, and helping convert opportunities into business. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for sales and a drive to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, and market intelligence.

Reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and social media.

Schedule meetings and product demos for senior business development executives.

Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and follow-up communications.

Maintain and update the CRM system with lead and activity data.

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead-generation campaigns.

Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and keep the sales pipeline healthy.

Support in market research, competitor analysis, and identifying new opportunities.

Contribute ideas to improve business development strategies and processes.
