Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles across departments.  Manage the end-to-end recruitment process – from posting job openings to onboarding new hires.  Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.  Build a strong talent pipeline through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other sourcing strategies.  Maintain and update the recruitment database with accurate candidate information.  Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.  Assist in employer branding initiatives and career events.  Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements. Qualifications and Skills:  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.  1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in real estate or related industries.  Strong understanding of recruitment platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.  Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.  A proactive and positive attitude with a keen interest in learning and development.
