- Handle inbound and outbound customer feedback calls

- Gather customer insights, reviews, and suggestions to improve product and service quality

- Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a positive customer experience

- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions

- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

- Good verbal communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)

- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Customer Service (Freshers with excellent communication

may apply)

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment

- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities
