Job Description: Machine Operator – FMCG CTC: ₹ 16,000 - 22,000 per month Location: RR Industrial Park, Super Corridor Road, Near Aurobindo, Indore (M.P) Department: Production / Manufacturing Reporting to: Shift Supervisor / Production Manager Working Days and Hours- Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) Role Objective To operate and maintain production machinery efficiently and safely, ensuring consistent output quality and adherence to production schedules in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment. Key Responsibilities • Operate assigned machines as per standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Monitor machine performance and report any abnormalities or breakdowns. • Perform basic preventive maintenance and cleaning of equipment. • Ensure timely loading of raw materials and unloading of finished goods. • Maintain production logs and report output, downtime, and quality issues. • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. • Assist in changeovers and setup for different product batches. • Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for troubleshooting and inspections. Basic Skills Required • Familiarity with FMCG production machinery (e.g., packaging, filling, labeling). • Ability to read and follow SOPs and safety instructions. • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. • Attention to detail and quality control. • Teamwork and communication skills. • Willingness to work in shifts and under pressure. Education & Experience • Minimum qualification: 12thPass / ITI (Fitter, Electrician, Mechanical preferred). • 1–2 years of experience in machine operation in FMCG or manufacturing sector preferred.
