Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced Production Supervisor & 
Dispatch to oversee our production operations and manage dispatch activities. The ideal 
candidate will have a strong background in production management, logistics, and team 
leadership. 
Responsibilities: 
∙Production Oversight: 
∙Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficient 
workflow. 
∙Monitor production schedules and adjust them as necessary to meet 
deadlines and targets. 
∙Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain product 
standards. 
∙Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and 
improve efficiency. 
∙Team Leadership: 
∙Lead, motivate, and manage a team of production staff. 
∙Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to employees. 
∙Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and 
productivity. 
∙Inventory Management: 
∙Maintain adequate inventory levels to support production demands. 
∙Conduct regular inventory checks and coordinate with procurement for 
timely replenishment. 
∙Dispatch Operations: 
∙Coordinate and schedule product deliveries and dispatch activities. 
∙Liaise with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. 
∙Address and resolve any issues or delays in the dispatch process. 
∙Safety and Compliance: 
∙Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. 
∙Conduct regular safety audits and take corrective actions when necessary.
