Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team in the automobile production industry. As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing CNC programs to manufacture automotive parts with precision and efficiency. Your expertise in CNC programming, machine operation, and quality control will play a crucial role in ensuring the high-quality production of automotive components.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and optimize CNC programs for machining automotive parts based on engineering drawings, CAD models, and specifications.
  2. Set up and operate CNC machines such as lathes, mills, and grinders to produce components according to production schedules.
  3. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and production teams to review designs, troubleshoot issues, and make improvements in the manufacturing process.
  4. Perform machine setup, tooling selection, and fixture design to ensure accurate and efficient production runs.
