Reservation Executives (Work From Home)
Job Description:

* Primary job is Reservation Conversion and Upselling.
* Handle inbound reservation inquiries and effectively convert leads into confirmed bookings.
* Communicate with customers/potential guests in both English and preferred language of the guest, providing accurate and timely information about the brand’s hotels & resorts with availability, rates, and policies.
* Look for opportunities in every conversation to upsell additional services, amenities, or upgrades to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
* Possess & update good & accurate product knowledge to provide comprehensive information to potential guests.
* Follow up with potential guests to secure reservations and answer any additional questions or concerns they may have.

Requirements:

* Ensure all refused business is recorded with reasons for refusal.
* Ensure that all correspondence has been filed accordingly, with correct and updated information.
* Adhere to all company credit policies to ensure that all revenue expected will be received.
* Adhere to pre-set availability and rate controls.
* Ensure all reservations input in the system are accurate with sufficient back-up for reviewing
* The Management reserves the right to change / extend this job description if necessary, at any point of time during her / his employment.

Work Schedule: 6 days week with rotational week off

Device: Candidates should have their own system to work with.
