Handle inbound reservation inquiries and effectively convert leads into confirmed bookings. · Communicate with customers/potential guests in both English and preferred language of the guest, providing accurate and timely information about the brand’s hotels & resorts with availability, rates, and policies. · Look for opportunities in every conversation to upsell additional services, amenities, or upgrades to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue. · Possess & update good & accurate product knowledge to provide comprehensive information to potential guests. · Follow up with potential guests to secure reservations and answer any additional questions or concerns they may have. Requirements: · Ensure all refused business is recorded with reasons for refusal. · Ensure that all correspondence has been filed accordingly, with correct and updated information. · Adhere to all company credit policies to ensure that all revenue
