Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment, ensuring availability for maintenance and repairs.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to procure quality materials and services for maintenance purposes.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during maintenance activities.
• Develop and manage the maintenance budget, controlling costs while ensuring high-quality maintenance standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in maintenance technology, incorporating relevant innovations into the maintenance processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 7-10 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in the glass processing industry.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or HOD role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of maintenance software and tools.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in an industrial setting.
