As a Tele Caller, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with prospective students and providing them with essential information about studying abroad. Whether you are a fresher looking to kick-start your career or an experienced professional seeking a new challenge, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of empowering students to achieve their academic aspirations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective students who have expressed interest in studying abroad.
  • Provide detailed information about educational programs, universities, admission requirements, and other relevant aspects of studying overseas.
  • Assess the needs and preferences of prospective students to offer personalised guidance and advice.
  • Follow up with leads via phone calls and emails to nurture relationships and facilitate the application process.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with students in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the counselling team to ensure a seamless transition for students from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, educational institutions, and visa regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date information to students.
  • Meet weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 

  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Empathetic approach towards understanding the needs and concerns of students.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software preferred.
  • Prior experience in tele-calling, customer service, or sales roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Passion for education and a genuine desire to help students achieve their academic goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory for fresher candidates).
