Communicate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to negotiate rates and resolve any shipping-related issues. 5. Stay updated with changes in export-import laws and regulations to ensure compliance and minimize risks. 6. Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders. 7. Handle import-export documentation, including Letter of Credit (LC), Certificate of Origin (COO), and other trade-related documents.
