Job Description:

Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning: Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. 2. Design Review: Review construction designs and plans to ensure they meet regulatory standards, project requirements, and industry best practices. 3. Site Preparation: Oversee site preparation activities such as grading, excavation, and utility installations to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards. 4. Construction Supervision: Provide on-site supervision and coordination of construction activities, including managing subcontractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality control. 5. Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC): Implement QA/QC procedures to ensure construction materials and workmanship meet project specifications and quality standards. 6. Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all personnel on the construction site. 7. Budget and Cost Management: Monitor project expenditures, track costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings or efficiency improvements to maintain project budgets. 8. Change Management: Assess and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, and communicate any impacts to stakeholders. 9. Progress Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports and updates for project stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and any deviations from the project plan. 10. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities, to address concerns and ensure project objectives are met.
