Should be able to connect with decision makers of the other corporate companies and should generate leads.  Capable of handling outbound & Inbound calls and explain the product  Candidate should have good communication skills.  Candidate should be able to resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media  Should Use telephones to reach out to customers  Should Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered  should be able to speak with decision makers or HR managers of other corporate companies and should generate leads.  Language Required: Hindi & English (Mandatory)
