Role Overview

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing customer relationships within a designated territory. This role requires a dynamic and results-driven individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for technology and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:

    • Identify potential customers through various methods such as cold calling, door-to-door canvassing, networking, and referrals.
    • Schedule meetings and presentations with potential clients to demonstrate the value of Tripleplay's broadband services.
  • Sales and Customer Acquisition:

    • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to residential and business clients.
    • Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

    • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
    • Provide after-sales support to ensure continued satisfaction and service uptake.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting:

    • Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
    • Provide regular reports on sales activities, results, market conditions, and customer feedback to the Sales Manager.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork:

    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
    • Collaborate with technical and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience:

    • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the telecommunications or broadband industry.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and deliver results.
  • Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
