Role & responsibilities

• Maintain and update client data in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Manage lead generation and qualification processes.
• Generate reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to CRM activities.
• Provide support to the sales team with CRM-related tasks.
• Follow up with clients and ensure timely communication.
• Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest CRM trends and best practices.
