Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain Excel Data:
• Update and manage sales records and customer databases in Excel.
• Generate regular sales reports and forecasts.

2. Customer Follow-Up:

• Address customer inquiries, provide quotes, and handle order processing.
• Track and manage customer orders from initiation to delivery.
3. Internal Coordination:
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on sales strategies and goals.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., logistics, finance) to facilitate smooth operations.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
4. External Coordination:
• Liaise with external stakeholders, including suppliers and freight partners.
• Coordinate shipping schedules and logistics to meet customer requirements.
• Handle any issues or discrepancies related to shipments and deliveries.
5. Administrative Support:
• Maintain organized records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategy discussions.
