Responsibilities:

In-process Quality Control

• Inspect glazing operations.

• Verify treatment side alignment, scratches, dimensional accuracy as per the design, right angle

and sealing quality as per drawings/specifications.

• Conduct random sampling during production to identify defects early.

Final QC before Dispatch

• Inspect assembled glass windows/units for labeling for treated side, scratches, cracks, sealant

gaps, and finish defects.

• Approve glazing output for packing and dispatch only after meeting standards.

Documentation & Traceability

• Maintain batch-wise inspection reports for glass glazing operations.

• Tag and record each frame’s QC status before handover to dispatch.

Issue Reporting & Coordination

• Report non-conformities immediately to Executive – Glass Glazing & Sr. Executive – Quality.

• Ensure corrective actions are taken on rejected/defective pieces.
