Act as the functional lead for Infor XA implementations, upgrades, and support projects.

• Work extensively with Infor XA Netlink for integrations, customizations, and business process enablement.

• Gather business requirements, analyze processes, and design Infor XA solutions in manufacturing, supply chain, order management, procurement, or inventory modules.

• Partner with business stakeholders to ensure effective solution delivery aligned with organizational goals.

• Configure and test system changes, prepare functional specifications, and coordinate with technical teams for custom developments.

• Provide training, documentation, and post-go-live support to end-users.

• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a global delivery environment (onsite/offshore).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7–12 years of functional experience with Infor XA ERP.

• Hands-on expertise with Infor XA Netlink (configuration, customization, and integration).

• Strong domain knowledge in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, order management, or distribution (non-finance).

• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution design.

• Proven track record in at least 2–3 end-to-end Infor XA implementations.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote/global team environment.
