Store Planer required for this leading National Retailer, 12-Month Fixed Term Contract. As Store Planner you will develop conceptual designs for New Retail Sores and Refurbishments, advise on Architectural issues and create Construction Drawings. Be responsible for Strategic Layout Planning, managing external Consultants and post-implementation reviews. Engage engage with a variety of different divisions, including Property, Construction and Commercial across multiple states. You will need to have a strong background in Technical Architecture Drafting, ideally with qualifications in Architecture, as well as experience of using Revit. You must have experience of Retail Store Planning, ideally in large scale Retail sites, although all Retail backgrounds will be considered. You must have strong communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders across the business and externally. 12-Month Fixed Term Contract role.
